Shipping Methods & Delivery Information
La Fabrika relies on bpost, courier services and specialised transporters to ship all our orders.
Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer while making the order. Deliveries are done Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Delivery by specialised transport is also possible on Saturday.
All orders can also be picked up in the shop.
Small and light items will be delivered by Bpost.
All the items in stock will be shipped the next business day. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business day, depending on the country of delivery. When your order is ready for shipping, a tracking number will be sent by e-mail.
Heavy or fragile items will be delivered by Courier Service (UPS, DHL...)
When your order is ready for shipping, a tracking number will be sent by e-mail. If you are not home when the goods are delivered, the driver will automatically attempt a second delivery on the next business day (free of charge).
Furniture and big items will be delivered by specialised transport. All deliveries of big/bulky items are automatically groundfloor deliveries, performed by 1 person. It may be possible the customer will be asked to give the transporter a hand while unloading.
Should you wish to be delivered to an other floor or you want your order to be installed, this is possible on request with extra delivery charges. In order to get a quote for this type of delivery, please contact our customer service
When your order is ready for delivery, the transporter will contact you to arrange a time of delivery.
