#LAFABRIKAHUNT Rules


GENERAL CONTEST RULES


1    Organizer

The contest “#LAFABRIKAHUNT” is organized by
LA FABRIKA

2    Conditions of Participation

Participation in the contest is free of charge and without any purchase obligation.
Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
Employees of La Fabrika and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
Participation is only valid for individuals residing in Belgium.

3    Contest Procedure

Starting from October 8, 2025, La Fabrika will hide one mini paint pot every day in a secret location in a Flemish city. In total, 15 mini-pots will be hidden.
Each pot is numbered and marked with an official La Fabrika sticker.
Anyone who finds a pot must complete the following steps to be eligible for a prize:

  • Share the find on Instagram (post or story).
  • Tag La Fabrika and use the hashtag #LAFABRIKAHUNT.
  • Register via the official La Fabrika website.
  • Bring the pot to the La Fabrika birthday event on October 23, 2025.

4    Prizes

There are a total of 15 gifts available. These will be announced in advance on the website, but the link between pot number and prize will remain secret until the award ceremony.
Each winner will also receive a tote bag.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

5    Prize Awarding

Prizes will only be awarded during the La Fabrika birthday event on October 23, 2025.
Only participants who are physically present at the event and bring their found pot will be able to claim their prize.
If a winner is not present or cannot present the pot, the right to the prize is forfeited.

6    Liability

La Fabrika cannot be held liable for technical issues (e.g. with social media or internet connection) that prevent participation.
La Fabrika also cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or misuse of the prizes after they have been handed over.
In case of suspected fraud or abuse, La Fabrika reserves the right to exclude a participant.

7    Privacy

The personal data of participants will be processed solely in the context of this contest and in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation.
By participating, contestants grant permission for their name and/or images to be used in communication related to the contest and the event.

8    Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
La Fabrika reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest or the rules at any time in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

9    Applicable Law

These rules are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
In case of disputes, only the courts of [La Fabrika’s registered office] shall have jurisdiction.
